A quaint Inn looking over the Pacific Ocean in Point Arena, California is seeking live-in Innkeepers (2 person team).

Energetic, extroverted and friendly individuals to manage a 27 room hotel. The candidates must be well organized, self motivated, have good customer relation skills and have experience in managing a small boutique property.

*Experience in Hospitality Management (1-2 years, Hotel, B&B)*Experience in Sales, Marketing and Advertising.

*Requirements & Responsibilities include: checking in and out guests, reservations and office work, daily financial reports to management, hiring, payroll, and scheduling staff, ordering and inventory supplies, some laundry and preparation of daily breakfast setup, concierge services and good communication skills to relate to guests and employees. 24hr. on call emergency services as necessary after office hours.

This position requires computer skills, light maintenance, multi-tasking, excellent organization skills and strong leadership ability.

Employee quarters are Non Smoking, No children, NO Pets.

Valid drivers license, Drug testing and background checks will apply.

Salary negotiable and based on experience.
